Took it to second indy, $225 labor and $102 in parts. Turned out to be the race, the bearing was fine but obviously replaced. Harley $470. Indy $327.

I called my local HD dealer to ask how much it would cost to perform a cam swap and dyno. They quoted me 10 hours of labor @ $100/hr, plus 3 hours for the dyno - $1,300 total. I called two other dealers and one quoted 6 hours and the other one quoted 4-5 hours. Meanwhile, the two local, non-HD shops each quoted me 3-4 hours.
