This mod is your EU4 save converted to work with Vic2. The converter does this through mapping the EU4 map to the Vic2 map. So, while the provinces don't exactly line-up between the two games, the converter handles this and assigns the best matches between EU4 and Vic2. Things like country names and others are also carried over.

There are also Imperator to Ck3 converter, but its been made in collaboration with this team, which explains why there is still no stable comverter for it. Major differences from EU4toVic2 are: There are no army/navy conversions as those are not present in Vic3. There are no "cultural union" formables as Vic3 has no concept of a cultural group.
