Once you remove that hub then you can see the cam gear and pin. It might be fine, and your issue is just the hub in front of it. You should be able to pull that off with a puller.

To everyone else who responded in this thread: cleaning the battery cables isnt going to fix this because its not the problem to begin with. The batteries are fine. I guarantee it. Pull the glow plugs and try to crank the engine.
