The Dolby Atmos for Headphones licence is only included with the A50 Base Station GEN4 for Xbox. If you don't own this, you will need to supply your own licence or use Windows Sonic for Headphones instead as an alternative. From my understanding you need to purchase the codec to use it on your Astro headset.
